About Us


We sell what we love and we love what we do!

Coco Beau originated from our love of cosmetics, and their power to magically enhance or transform the unique beauty we each have. The relationship between an individual and the cosmetics they see, touch and apply is based on more than function. Choosing and using cosmetics is a sensory, and dare we say it, also a cerebral experience. We see, feel, and smell cosmetics, and through our relationship with them we spend time thinking about who we are, and who we want to be.

When we founded Coco Beau we knew we wanted to sell only products we genuinely love. We knew our passion for the products would make the job a dream, and one we would do with pleasure and integrity. We have stayed true to this philosophy, and in doing so strive to make shopping with us a personal experience. We care about our customers, and the feedback we get lets us know people can see and feel the care we invest in what we do. Making you happy makes us happy. Making A Purchase


You can pay us by credit card, debit card, PayPal (a leading provider in on-line payment solutions), Postal Order or cheque (drawn on a British Bank). Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the store, and click on 'Add selected products to cart' on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Once you have placed your order you can chose to pay for your purchases on-line by PayPal, credit card, by cheque, or by sending your credit card details to us separately by post or email, or by calling us.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, but not currently American Express or Diners. You should contact your credit card issuer for any details relating to that conversion rate. Once your payment is authorised by PayPal, refunds will only be given at the discretion of the Coco Beau company management.

You can of course pay by Postal Order or by cheque drawn on English bank account. At the PayPal payment page simply select the 'Cheque/Postal Order' option from the Payment Method list. Please make cheques payable to Coco Beau Ltd. Write your name and address on the back of the cheque and send it, along with your order details (print order page or confirmation email) to:

Your order will be only be dispatched after your cheque has cleared. Please allow approximately 5-10 working days for our bank to clear your cheque.

Credit Card Security: We have fully integrated our shopping cart to use one of the leading On-line payment providers, PayPal. Payments take place on their secure server and at no time are your credit card details held anywhere on our website. Dispatch Schedule


If you pay by Paypal or Credit Card and the item(s) you have ordered are in stock, we aim to send your order to you by the next business day after the one on which you placed your order (providing your payment is authorised and your order reaches us before 8pm). However we do not guarantee delivery by a specific date for any orders unless specifically agreed, and confirmed by an email from us. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.


Shipping And Handling


At checkout we will add on the cost of shipping to your order, and send it to you by Royal Mail Second Class Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery if you are ordering to the UK, or Royal Mail 'International Signed for/Signed and Tracked' or Parcelforce Worldwide, if you are ordering to an international location. Please note that orders cannot be delivered to locations such as PO Boxes where a personal signature cannot be obtained. If you are ordering to the UK and your order value totals £50 or more before shipping costs are added, and you are using the 'FREE50' discount code (for free UK shipping,) your order will usually be sent by Royal Mail Second Class post. We may send orders by a recorded method, at our discretion.

In our experience items sent Royal Mail Second Class Delivery usually arrive between 2 and 5 working day after posting. If however your order does not arrive within around 10 working days from the email we send confirming dispatch, please feel free to contact us, and we will investigate your order.



If you are outside of the UK, as a guide; shipping times for delivery of international orders to Europe will usually take between 5 to 8 working days, and other countries will usually take between 7 to 20 working days. Processing times through customs varies from country to country, and may result in delayed delivery on occasion.

Refunds for orders which are not delivered once dispatched, will only be issued once they can be considered missing by Royal Mail, and usually if 15 working days have elapsed from the date of posting to the UK, 20 working days have elapsed from the date of posting to Europe, and 25 working days have elapsed from the date of posting to other international locations).

If you have not received your order within the expected delivery period, it is important that you let us know as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to issue a refund for an undelivered order, when we are notified over 28 days after the latest expected delivery date, as we may be unable to claim against Royal Mail for the lost order. Postage costs alone will not be refunded if delivery of an order is delayed. However, a full refund of the cost of the order including postage costs will be given where a customer chooses to receive a refund rather than have their order re-sent once it is considered missing. In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or faulty item, and you wish to have a replacement or a refund, you must report it to us within 7 days of delivery. Refunds or replacements can only be given for such items when we have been pre-notified, within 7 days that you would like to return the item, when the item is returned unused, and in 'as new' condition, and when the item is returned to us within a maximum of 28 days from the invoice date. The shipping cost of returning a faulty or incorrect item to us (method as agreed with us before the item is returned to us), will be refunded. The original shipping cost will be refunded when you choose option of a refund for a faulty or incorrect item, and the item is the only item within the original order.

If an order is returned to us, with a note from the local delivery service indicating that the package was: not called for, the addressee is unknown or has gone away, that there is no such address, or that the address is incomplete (and the address on the package is as given by you), we will contact you to confirm address details and ask for a payment for re-shipping costs. If an order is returned having been refused, we will contact you to ask whether you would like the item resent to you (return shipping costs paid for by you), or if you would like the cost of the item(s) refunded. If you used a free delivery code for the order, the standard cost of shipping to your region (the amount that you would have paid had you not opted for free delivery) will be deducted from the amount refunded to you. If we have evidence (Royal Mail track and trace system) that your item was delivered to your house or building, but you have not received the item, we cannot refund you, or replace your order. This is due to the fact that Royal Mail will have fulfilled their requirement to deliver to the address, and a claim can therefore not be lodged with them for the non delivery of the item to you personally. The exception to this would be where Royal Mail staff always deliver directly to your door and you have a personal letterbox, though which they can deliver your mail or leave a card if a delivery atempt is made whilst you are out.

Back Orders


If your item is not in stock you can still place your order, your card will be charged and we will back order for you. If you prefer not to wait, however, we are happy to cancel your order and refund you.

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20 % VAT is added.

Coco Beau does not store buyers' credit or debit card details, nor disclose buyers' information to third parties. Coco Beau will never sell on your name to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
Data collected by this site is used to:

Returns Policy


By law you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you. This applies to all of our products. We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of our products where the item appears to have been used, opened or unsealed. We reserve the right to decline a refund where we believe that a product has been opened or used. In the case of cosmetic items this is important in order for us to ensure the strictest standards of hygiene. If you return an item to us that we reasonably believe has been used, or the original packaging is damaged, we will notify that no refund will be available. In this circumstance, you will be responsible for payment of the cost of returning the item to you within 30 days of our notification.

To cancel your purchase under the seven day cooling-off period, please contact us to let us know you would like to return the item/s. When returning the order, package the relevant item/s securely and send it to us with the original invoice enclosed. Write on the invoice 'Order Cancelled' so that we know we received your cancellation instruction within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us by email immediately, retaining the product and packaging. We will require you to return the product and packaging in order for a replacement or refund to be considered and processed.

We suggest you keep a copy of the invoice before you return the original to us for your own records. We will of course email or phone you to confirm your refund has taken place and you will also receive an email from WorldPay confirming the refunded payment.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. If you choose not to use a recorded delivery service and we do not receive the parcel, we regret that we will be unable to refund you.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or the item is faulty.

As soon as we receive your returned items, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for the item/s. If the item is faulty we will also refund the cost of the initial and return shipping.
